Monthly subscribers have a license while the subscription is active. One-time buyers own the playbooks permanently — they're yours, no strings. If you cancel a monthly plan, your access ends but you keep any playbooks you have already worked through and implemented into your operating system.
CBCove is the platform layer — the CRM, vendor marketplace, workflow automation, and attribution dashboard built specifically for venue operators.
